All Thalian orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Standard Domestic Shipping Rates & Service
Currently, we only offer shipping to US postal addresses and charge a $7 flat rate shipping using USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days from the time your order ships. When an order reaches $50, this standard shipping fee is waived.
If you need your order to be expedited, please send us an email prior to placing your order so we can confirm if we can meet your expected date. We use UPS for expedited shipping and this costs $25.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
If you are from overseas, please reach out to let us know your desire to purchase our product so we can consider expanding our footprint beyond US postal addresses.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We use the US postal service for standard shipping, so you are welcome to use a P.O. box. However, if you need expedited service, please provide a physical address (not a P.O. Box) as delivery will be made through UPS.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
